Orders & Payments
Full payment is required for online orders. For bespoke corporate commissions, a non-refundable deposit is required to start production.
Shipping
We carefully package all items for transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographic proof. Customers are responsible for any international customs fees.
Returns & Cancellations
Bespoke Orders: Non-refundable once production begins.
Ready-Made Items: If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. The customer covers return shipping costs.
