Return & Refund Policy

We at Hyacinth Arts want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hyacintharts2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hyacintharts2023@gmail.com. Please include your order number, video during unpacking, and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
