Return and Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process if you need a replacement.

Proof of Condition

A complete, unedited video of the package being opened is required for all replacement requests. This video must clearly show the package's condition before and during unboxing.

Defective Item Replacements

If your item is defective, we will be happy to replace it with a new one. We do not offer exchanges for different products.

Advance Payment

Please note that the 50% advance payment made at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

All claims for defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
